Playing squash with a busted shoulder? I hope you don't expect sympathy. The popping noise doesn't sound good, IYSWIM. I would go to the doctor to get it checked out.

Thanks Tony. Yeah I know, but it’s getting to the stage where it’s all driving me crazy😢. I’ve been in touch with a mate for some advice, albeit he’s in NZ but a very good physio

You'll get better. You just need to be a bit more sensible in future. Squash is very physical, especially if you're a competitive person. You need to gradually work your way into sports. I neglected running for ages. I know if I go full blast on a run I could risk an injury. Gently work your way in. I hope you heal up quick.
