The admin are starting to finalise the 2020 races and a couple of options are the Predator and the Fiat Abatth 500.
I’ve changed the Bathurst hot laps servers to Lime Rock and both cars. You can subscribe to all 3 in Steam and then give feedback. If you can’t log on but have all three mods installed can you post back so I can look into it.

Simon, I’ve been in the Fiat Abarth at Lime Rock tonight. I selected the option from the SiG options and it downloaded ok.

Worked okay for me Both cars are good and would certainly give close racing. The predators gearing is pretty high and would struggle on tracks with long straights but nice handling car

So season 1 could be the Abarth, and we can use the predators later.
I will work on a track list. I think they are probably better suited to twisty tracks?
Anybody else have time to try them, and give some feedback?

I’ll jump on again tonight and put some laps in using the 500. I did a few last night, but not many, don’t think I bettered Johns time so going to get him later . If I remember correctly the speed difference over the start finish line was surprisingly 3 or 4mph faster in the Abarth.

Guys, the different Abrath versions have a massive power difference and would be impractical to run one against the other. Speed difference over the line of the 695 Evo, is 118mph, versus the ARES 500’s 150mph

Yes, there is a massive difference. We would pick one class.

Tony, my time may be a little ‘generous’ due to straightening the chicane a little to much

Tony, my time may be a little ‘generous’ due to straightening the chicane a little to much I think that's a ploy to see if Tony can straight line the chicane.

To me, the 695 Evo seemed a bit slow.

John, I don’t need any encouragement Thank you . Agree Kev, difference for me was nearly 10 seconds a lap slower than the ARES 500

I will try the Ares tonight. What did you think of the handling?
I think these would be a lot of fun around Brands Indy etc.

Handlings good, but typically (FWD) the tyres go off very quickly. Down to 70% fronts after three or four laps

According to the hot laps page you were using 7% wear on you PB laps on low fuel for each 50sec lap. That’s 11 laps and your done assuming the heavier fuel load doesn’t change that wear rate.
12 lap races it is then 🤣

I think he was probably overheating the tyres.
