The issue with the MSI installers has been fixed. The problem occurred when I made the Skinpack v1.01 exe. So if you have installed this, then please remove it. The new Skinpack is version 2.0 and you will need to uninstall any previous MSI or EXE skinpack from your add \ remove programs before you install this one.
This does not effect any manual zip file installs.
Techie bit: For those that are interested the problem was that the Installshield tool did not automatically change the UpgradeCode when I created a new project. So when I finally changed the version number of one of the installers it assumed that all previous MSIs with that code had been upgraded. Thus disallowing any version 1.0 MSIs from then installing. I've now created version 2.0 of the skinpack and changed the UpgradeCode and the ProductCode. This means your computer will treat it as a new and different application. To make sure you can install any precviously created track you will still need to remove the problematic v1.01 skinpack if you have it installed.
