Having seen several reviews on Sim Racing gear recently, I have been impressed with the content of AC, so much so I am going to buy it with the dream packs.
How many other people have this title?
It would make a nice change from rFactor 2.

I think only a couple have it currently.
Looking at the official content what it seems to me is that they produce multiple varieties of the same car so 3 Elise and 6 Exige? I’ve not looked at many reviews as not really interested in another racing sim but slightly concerned that the packs don’t seem to provide a complete field but rather provide a mix so some cars you are buying you may not use,
Official tracks are all laser scanned which means they should be good quality but they miss the real road and rain effects that rF2 has which I think are coming on leaps and bounds at the minute.

I have NetKar Pro, that was the simulator before Assetto Corsa. Assetto Corsa is on my Steam Wishlist, but I've never taken the plunge yet, even in the Steam sales. Mainly as I don't always have much time to race, so I talk myself out of buying it.

I have downloaded it. It's not too shabby! I quite enjoyed a few laps around the Ring in an Evora GTC. Graphically, it is stunning.

It is a great sim and I find it stable to run. Some great mods out there for it. I own it and have all dlcs i think. there is a caterham mod too which is fun. Mods here: assettocorsa.club/en/cars.htmlalso usual places such as race dept. I can set up servers ok if any of you boys want to get together to run some. Cheers Dunki

How do you find the FFB? When we were deciding which sim to go to from rF1, the reviews all said Assetto Corsa looked prettier than rF2, but the physics and specifically the FFB were not as good. I'm interested in buying AC too so would love to know your thoughts.

I actually found the FFB better in AC. My wheel was working with no issues.

The Ffb is very good. I would say it's different to rf2 but not in a bad way but on par. Eg You flat spot tyres but does not rip the wheel of the rig as in rf2.
Physics of cars is excellent. Menus can be confusing at first It is popular as loads of full servers compared to rf2

I bought the version with the Dream Packs, so €45I bout I bought it with Dream Packs when it was on sale last year - £11.99 Unless you got the Ferraris and Porsches too? It's OK but I don't get the road cars, they're too soggy on track. I had a blast with the Lotus 25 round the 1930s Donington and then tried the 1930s GP cars. I always come back to rF2 though, my little brain can't cope with learning the handling foibles of different sims.

In the sale £14.99 including 3 "Dream Packs". I might lash out £5.58 on the Porsche pack just to get the classic race cars (917, 908 etc.)
