Gents, in order to keep things fair and everyone as happy as possible, a slight change to the wording of Rule 3 (contact causing disadvantage in races) has been agreed as it could be argued it was open to some interpretation. Please see the new wording (now in bold) in the Rules V1.4 hereIn short, if you hit someone and this contact causes them to be disadvantaged in any way (eg knocking them on to the grass and they then spin out), then you should wait. If there is some doubt as to whether contact actually took place, ask if you caused it and if the answer is yes, please then wait for them to regain their original place. Disadvantaged drivers should not feel any pressure to say 'just carry on' if they genuinely feel contact was made. This ensures good etiquette between drivers and makes things as fair as can be. Obviously if there is a genuine disagreement about this, the incident should be referred to the admin post race for them to look at. Hopefully this amendment to the wording will clear up any confusion and continue to make our race nights as enjoyable as they can be for everyone. As always, please post any issues below

While we are discussing rules, can I seek clarification for the SJ guys, who are new to your rulebook.
As far as track limits goes, do you race 2 wheels inside the White lines (barring incidents) or do you race what the track limits will let you get away with.
Cheers,
Richard.

One wheel on (or above) the racing surface I.e. between the white/yellow lines etc.

Cool, near enough what I'm used to.
Thanks for that.

Easier said than done and will be very difficult to monitor at Castle Coombe. In practise and probably qualification, you can get away with murder, but during the race your looking at a penalty. Only way of knowing for sure if your qualy lap is clean would be to watch every replay.
